This Method Wasn't Born in Theory.
It Was Built in Motion.

The Families Who Find Me Have Usually Tried Everything Else
Many of the people I work with have already tried therapy, medication, and behavioral strategies. They have worked hard. Their systems are doing everything they can. And true access still feels out of reach. That is where my work begins.
What I developed over 25 years is now known as The Costello Method™. It works by addressing the nervous system at the level of input: not behavior, not strategy, not symptom management. When the input is stabilized the outputs take care of themselves.
People come my way with or without a formal diagnosis. Some can name exactly what they are facing. Others just know something is not working. Beneath all the labels is a nervous system that has not yet been calibrated and is struggling to keep up with daily demand.
Before this method had a name, I spent years working with the body-brain connection and kept meeting the same thing. People who looked well organized on the outside and still felt off inside. That sent me toward what standard care tends to skip, the role of movement and early neuromotor development in how a nervous system learns to receive, process, and respond.
What Changes After 12 Weeks
Pre and post clinical assessments. Not surveys. Not parent reports. Measured outcomes.

Ready to Understand What Your Child Actually Needs?
The Neuro-Access Quiz™ takes 3 minutes. It reads where your child's nervous system is sitting right now, and what that means for their behavior, focus, and ability to connect. Its thirty questions were selected from more than 31,000 responses.
