PROGRAM ELEMENTS

Our Assessment

The Costello Neuro-Motor Balance protocol identifies neurological soft signs—subtle motor and sensory issues that can indicate underlying brain connectivity problems.

Program Length

Our base protocol starts at 24 sessions, 2 sessions per week with the understanding that some individuals may need more time to achieve their goals.

Sessions

Whether in studio or virtual, our sessions are 55 minutes long, two times a week. Each session consists of the FNAT protocol, completing the three stages of neurobiological development every session.

Performance Updates

Performance updates are provided at week 5, and 10 following the initial assessment.

What can I expect from a FNAT session?

A FNAT session involves guided physical exercises tailored to your specific neurological and developmental needs, focusing on movements that enhance brain-body coordination and sensory integration. Each session progresses through structured stages—Reset, Fortify, and Fine-Tune—designed to systematically enhance your neurological base, improve brain-body linkage, and refine overall functional performance.
